The MemPulse® MBR incorporates an aeration device that reduces energy consumption by up to 60% and a modular rack design that saves 30% on the footprint for the membrane operating system.
Evoqua’s Xpress™ membrane bioreactor (MBR) packaged plant from the DAVCO™ product line enables municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plant owners and operators to achieve high quality effluent while reducing energy and maintenance costs. The compact, robust design is factory pre-assembled, tested, and skid-mounted providing easy installation for the treatment of applications ranging from 10,000 gallons per day (gpd) to 200,000 gpd.
Evoqua, through its DAVCO product line, manufactures and installs DAVCO steel field-erected biological treatment plants for the reduction of biochemical oxygen demand, total suspended solids, total nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The DAVCO product line is supported by experienced project teams that have been working with municipalities, developers and engineers for more than 50 years to deliver turnkey treatment projects in as fast as six months. The single-source approach integrates expertise and equipment with design, steel fabrication, field installation/construction and commissioning services.
The Captivator system improves a conventional process by replacing primary clarification and separate sludge thickening with a VLR system contact tank and a Folded Flow DAF applied to the liquid stream. Organic matter is extracted from raw wastewater and sent directly to anaerobic digestion. Since less BOD is sent to the biological aeration tanks, less energy is required by the process. Waste activated sludge is circulated to the aerated VLR contact tank at the front end of the plant. The Captivator system reduces capital investments otherwise required for primary clarification, separate sludge thickening, and normal aeration tank volume. Click here to learn how the Captivator system can produce 40% more biogas, use 40% less aeration energy and save 20% in capital costs.

Aqua-Lator™ Direct Drive Mixers (DDM) offer the widest range of ratings and materials available in the market today. Utilizing a powerful downward propeller- driven pumping action, the Aqua-Lator DDM helps disperse oxygen into an aeration basin, pond, or lagoon while keeping solids in suspension for optimal biological activity. The Aqua-Lator DDM provides a cost-effective design for municipal, pulp and paper, food processing or other types of industrial wastewater treatment.
The Alkagen® Solution is a fast-acting pH shift technology that effectively controls odors and corrosion in wastewater systems. This unique, proven product is environmentally safe and uses a combination of alkaline and nitrate technologies to remove and prevent hydrogen sulfide. Alkagen solution also reduces the impact of fats, oils, and grease (FOG) in the system while providing a beneficial alkaline supplement for the treatment plant.
Hydro-Clear® pulsed-bed sand filtration systems are an excellent solution when gravity filtration is needed. Featuring unique underdrain systems and a shallow bed of mono-media fine-grained sand which permits the filter media to be "pulsed" periodically as solids build up. Click here to learn more!
The OMNIFLO® SBR system utilizing Jet Tech technology, is a robust, simple, and flexible sequencing batch reactor system that operates in a “True Batch” mode. The BioMag and CoMag systems from Evoqua infuse magnetite into conventional biological and chemical floc, making it heavier and dramatically improving settling. The BioMag system is applied to activated sludge systems. It increases capacity up to 300% without new tankage, provides control over secondary sludge blanket depth and enables nutrient removal below 3 mg/L TN and 0.2 mg/L TP. The CoMag system is ideal for teritary treatment, CSO/storm water management and drinking water. It delivers TP below 0.05 mg/L, TSS below 2.0 mg/L and turbidity of 1 ntu. Both systems easily integrate with existing or planned facilities and can lower costs.
